How do I log into my account?

When a customer books a cleaning service, on the booking confirmation email will be attached the customer login account details. From the account the customer will be allowed  update their booking, add new ones, buy gift cards, update credit cards, and more.

Whenever the customer needs to log into their account they just need to scroll the homepage page down to the bottom and will find the login section.

Is there a contract?

No. We don’t believe in the need for a contract. We think that our professional cleaning services will go above your expectations. Our customers stay loyal to us without the need for contracts.

What is the charge per hour?

We don’t charge by the hour. Our service runs on a fixed-rate so that you know exactly how much you’ll be paying each time we visit.

We deliver reliable, efficient, consistent, and high-quality results regardless of how long it takes to complete your cleaning service.

How do I pay for regular cleaning services?

Go to the booking page and confirm how often you’d like us to visit. The payment system will take care of all future payments.

 

When will l be charged for the service ?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through our online Stripe payment system. We make sure that you’re completely satisfied before we take the payment.

As soon as the payment is processed, you’ll get an invoice via email.

How to reschedule a service online for multiple weeks ?

Please visit your account which was created  on the first booking confirmation email you received and follow the instructions below.

Can l ask the cleaners to use my own machinery and products ?

No, for the reason that our full 5M Public Liability Insurance, won’t cover any damage caused by any machine or products that are not listed to be used under the insurance policy.

Absolutely. Your security comes first. We background check all of our cleaning professionals before we work with them. We’ve built our reputation on honest and dependable service. And we work very hard to maintain it.

 

Are our cleaning professionals trained?

Yes. Quality is absolutely vital to us. We train our staff to meet high expectations. We expect all staff to exceed the Woman’s Touch Standard of Professionalism and Ethical Excellence.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We use Stripe for our credit card service. Dependable and easy! You can rest easy knowing it’s safe!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. We only employ experienced cleaners with employment references. We carry out face-to-face interviews, during which we carry out full background checks.

How we work

Do you service my area?

We operate across a variety of postcodes in Sydney and major cities across Australia, including Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast, and Canberra. To confirm whether we provide service in your area, please check the booking form process on our website.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning session?

We have full Public Liability Insurance.

This covers injury to you and to us. It also covers any property damaged by our negligence.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment and products?

No. We supply the equipment and premium, eco-friendly cleaning products we need to provide a top-notch service.

Trust us with your home, and you can rest assured that everything is under control and ready to go.

What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?

Our online booking system gives you as much flexibility and convenience as possible. You can cancel or reschedule your booking with 72-hours notice.

We send you a text message three days before the cleaning session to remind you that we’re coming.

Cancellations are chargeable if you don’t give us 72-hours notice.

Do I need to be at home during the cleaning appointment?

“We’re here to make your life easier, so, of course, we wouldn’t expect you to hang around the house while we’re there. You can be out living your life while we take care of your home chores.

We provide a security box arrangement, placed in a secret location outside the home, so that our security-checked cleaning professionals can gain access while you’re out.”

What is not included in the standard price for your cleaning services?

Of course, we’ll always go out of our way to help, but our standard services don’t include cleaning the interiors of your cupboards, drawers or appliances, including your fridge and oven. We also don’t wash windows or clear out garages.

How many cleaners will come to clean my house?

We provide between two and three professional cleaners, depending on the size of your home. You’ll get a thorough, speedy service to avoid disruption to your routine.

 

Do I get the same cleaner for every visit?

Wherever possible, we’ll always assign the same cleaner so that you can form a trusting bond with them.
